SUZANNE FINELLI, AANP ANCC
Suzanne Finelli is a dual Board-Certified (AANP and ANCC) Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated cum laude and earned her Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing from USU. Prior to achieving her FNP (Family NUrse Practitioner), Suzanne received her CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse Certification) and worked as an RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) in the operating room at Chilton Medical Center for the last 23 years and 3 years in various roles as an RN prior to that. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Felician College and graduated magna cum laude. She is a member of the ANA, AORN, and AANP organizations. Suzanne has been married for 26 years and has two young adult sons and 2 dogs. Her hobbies include photography, reading, and watching football games.
JOSEPHINE SCHAMBELAN, NP
Josephine Schambelan is a New Jersey State Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey where she earned her Masters Degree Science in Nursing with Honors. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and graduated as Magna Cum Laude. She is a part of Sigma Theta Tau International and AANP organization. Josephine has over 18 years of Nursing experience working in various facilities. Josephine has been working with Dr. Capio over the past 2 years with patients of all ages. She evaluates and treats hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, anxiety, depression skin disorders, and musculoskeletal disorders. Josephine speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
NICOLETTA QUITADAMO, DNP, FNP-BC
Nicoletta Quitadamo is an ANCC Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rutgers University. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate and patient-centered primary care. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Nicola spent years in emergency medicine as an emergency, trauma, and charge nurse. Her experience in high-acuity settings strengthened her ability to assess patients thoroughly, act quickly, and provide safe, evidence-based care – skills she now brings to the primary care setting. Nicoletta earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families to understand their health, make informed decisions, and build sustainable habits that support long-term well-being. Nicoletta strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care.
